Seeds

Time has really flown by this week! I thought I just updated this blog a couple days ago. Nope, its been a week. And I only have 10 days left in Thailand! Crazy.

This week has been really awesome. On Tuesday, I went to the university with Campus Crusade staff and shared the gospel with a Thai student named Mag. He was receptive and showed interest, but not sure about Christianity. I saw him again Wednesday, and we walked around the campus and hang out at the Centre. I think he enjoyed the atmosphere at the Centre and he might take english classes here! I was passing out flyers at the university on Friday and I saw him again, so God is up to something! I'm praying that he signs up to take classes here at the Centre, because it is where students see the love of Christ lived out. We want as many students as possible to come to the Centre for the same reason, so we are praying (and you should too!) that we get new students to sign up this week, as mid-term exams are now over.

I've been able to talk to my students about Christianity several times in class. A couple of my students have parents that are very devout Buddhists, and I could just feel the tension in the room when I was talking about Jesus. It seems like some of the students (Best, Quan, Ice, Joke) are held back by their Buddhist backgrounds and don't want another RELIGION thrown at them. So pray that I would be sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading to share the gospel, so the seed lands on fertile soul.

God has really been moving here, and prayers are being answered. Pray that we would be equiped with the armor of God because it is evident to me that there is real spiritual warfare going down.
